Abilities !A
Crawl- Small characters like Short Round can do this ability. Find a small door and press Z to crawl.
Security Access- This can be accessed with enemy soldiers and officers. Near to a window with a soldier painted on, press Z to knock.
Female- Ladies such as Marion can jump higher than men and boys. Find glowing flowers and double jump (A+A) to be able to reach something.
Thuggee- Look for a statue and with a Thuggee (or turban) press Z near to it to wave.
A- Jump
B- Attack
C- Take control of friendly characters and jump in vehicles

Z-Activate, Scroll through ammo or melee
B hold- Target
Items 1B
Whip- Carried by all versions of Indy. Used to aim at orange hooks.
Pistol- Can be used as a weapon or to aim at targets.
Wrench- Used to fix broken machinery. Press and hold Z nearby broken machinery.
Shovel- Is used to dig items from underground. Look for sparkling objects. Press and hold Z to dig.
Bazooka Gun- This big gun is excellent. Along with pistol abilities, it also takes down silver.
Machine Gun- A pistol that shoots 4 bullets at once.
Staff of Ra- used to direct light a certain way. Look for big patches of light
Spear- Can be thrown into sockets to hang on to in order to access higher areas or to activate something.
Sword- Throw swords at ropes by targeting about it.
Black Sword- Enemies that have these swords requires a sword or another black sword. To knock the sword out of their hand, continuously press B until sword is out
Perfume- Turns enemies onto your side when hit with it
Book- Used to translate a mysterious 3X3 puzzle
Black Sleep- Used to hypnotize and take control of enemies
Missile Launcher- Like a bazooka except it is missiles.
Dynamite- Destroys silver but be quick as it will blow up in your hand if you hold it too long
Crystal Skull- Diverts bugs, snakes, and rats in other directions.
Torch- lights things on fire and diverts bugs and snakes
Key- can be inserted in sockets and turned by holding Z.
Grenade- almost a bazooka gun but cannot shoot targets
Rifle- Pistol except enemies can use it to deflect anything except a Missile Launcher or Bazooka
